We take great care to produce high quality products, with a dedicated person responsible for quality control at our Australian factory. However, if for some reason the product you receive is faulty, please return the item within 30 days from date of purchase for a full refund or exchange.
For all returns, we do ask that the items have not been worn, all labels and tags are attached, and that you package the item carefully before you send it by post.
Unless the item is faulty, the cost of postage for returns is your responsibility, and we will pay the postage costs when sending the exchange or replacement item. We recommend that you return items by registered post to ensure their safe transit, as we do not take responsibility for any items lost in transit. If you have returned a faulty item, we will credit the cost of your postage via the same method that you used to pay for your order.
When we receive the returned item, we will verify that you are eligible for an exchange or refund. Refunds will be issued via the same method that you used to purchase the item. For example, if you paid by PayPal, we will issue a credit to your PayPal account. Exchanges will be sent promptly so you should receive them within the standard delivery timeframes.
